"The Royal Yachting Association (RYA) is an internationally recognized organization for all forms of boating.  Founded in 1957 and headquartered in Hamble, England the RYA is ‘committed to providing equal opportunities for all’.  RVYC espouses the same policy with membership of all ages and nationalities and instruction in Thai or English.  Royal Varuna Yacht Club is RYA accredited to provide training in dinghy, multihull sailing and powerboat courses.  All RVYC instructors are RYA qualified and certified, making RVYC the most professional base for quality sailing classes in the region."
