Pre-racing season Laser
clinics for
January, February and
March 2009
After a long dark
and cold European winter nothing could be better than taking part in some well
deserved pre-season race training in warm waters with warm sunshine and
normally excellent breezes at what is probably one of the best dinghy
racing venues in the world. Add some of that famous Thai hospitality and
this becomes an occasion not to be missed by any Masters sailors wishing to get
ready for the season ahead.
The Royal Varuna

The tentative limit on each clinic is ten sailors. The
organizers wish to engage at least one Laser Worlds or top level coach for each
clinic.
Details will be updated and posted in the Club's website www.varuna.org from time to time.
Sailors participating would have temporary membership status at the
Club, with access to bar, restaurant and other services. Air conditioned
accommodation would be available at hotels within walking distance.
Charter Lasers would be used boats in good condition. Sailors
would need to bring sail, tiller and personal buoyancy, and may wish to provide
their own foils and control lines.
