Beach
start "Le Mans" according to ranking as decided by the
fleet captain. North buoy to port, Koh Larn to port, South buoy
to port, Finish at line through RVYC flag pole. In case of a Southerly
wind the course can be reversed. |

The
cup for the Great Laser Island Race was donated by Reg Chambers.
The race was inaugurated in 1984 to be sailed in January each
year to mark the beginning of the Laser sailing season. |
