  • Eligibility & Entry Members of the RVYC and their invited guests.
    Classes All Classes recognised by the RVYC. A one design class with 5 or more entrants can have a separate start. The Open class catamarans can be divided in doublehanded boats and singlehanded boats, each with their own start, provided both entities have at least 5 boats.. All monohulls will race in the Monohull Class, but the Laser 4.7 group can have its own start, provided there is a minimum of 5 boats.

    Sailing Instructions Will be available on the Web Site and on the Notice Board.
    Course Two laps of a triangle from the club starting line, around Koh Chun, the permanent West (East) Mark, a South Buoy and then to the club finishing line. It is a port course. The start/finish line acts as a gate after the first triangle. For the Lasers Koh Chun may be replaced by a buoy near the lighthouse on the peninsula.
    Time Limit 3 hours
    Penalty System For the multi-hull classes, rules 44.1 and 44.2 are changed so that one turn including one tack and one gybe is required.

    Prizes To be announced
    History One of the oldest cups in R.V.Y.C. The first race was held in 1966 and sailed almost every year since then. In those days it were Enterprises, fireballs. Mods, etc.
